Second, they fixed the issue with installing a new battery on my 2021 Buick Envision within an hour, that included reprogramming the computer. I had considered removing and replacing the battery myself. After looking under the hood and not recognizing where the battery even was, I decided to take it to a local auto parts store where I could purchase a new battery and they would install it. After two hours, we all decided it was beyond our knowledge and experience regarding newer vehicles.
